Corrosion & Chemical Resistance:

PE pipes are highly resistance to corrosion from chemical, acid, alkaline attack, ensuring high durability and long life in contact of soil or environment. There is no need of any addition protective coating.

Long Service life:

Properly installed HDPE pipe have track record of excellent performance and service life exceeding 80+ years, providing long term reliability

Fast and leak proof installation:

Butt fusion jointing method allowing for quick and secure connections resulting leak proof and distortion free joint due to soil settlement.

Flexibility and Excellent fluid hammering capability:

PE pipe of small diameter can be formed in coil up to 2000m in roll provides easy handling. Property of HDPE pipe significantly lower the effect of surges due to water hammer as compare to conventional system.

Abrasion resistance :

PE pipe has elastic properties that under proper flows conditions allow particles to bounce off its surface. This feature combined with PE’s toughness results in a service life that exceeds that of many metal piping materials. There are several factors that affect the wear resistance of a pipeline
